Cherry-Infused Brandy in mason jars

If you love cherries and brandy, why not infuse these together? Super easy and the results are amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of dark red cherries

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 stick cinnamon stick (optional)

  • 2-3 cups brandy

Items:

  • 1L jar

  • Cherry pitter (optional but highly recommend)

Instructions:

  1. Remove the seeds from the cherries (I used a cherry pitter).

  2. Put the sugar at the bottom of the jar.

  3. Put in the pitted cherries.

  4. Pour in the brandy until it is filled at the top.

  5. Store for 2-3 months.

  6. Strain the Brandy mixture into a container you want to store it in.

  7. Feel free to store it in the fridge.

Note: You can put the leftover cherries on yogurt, ice cream, cake, etc!
