Cherry-Infused Brandy
If you love cherries and brandy, why not infuse these together? Super easy and the results are amazing!
Ingredients:
1 bag of dark red cherries
3/4 cup white sugar
1 stick cinnamon stick (optional)
2-3 cups brandy
Items:
1L jar
Cherry pitter (optional but highly recommend)
Instructions:
Remove the seeds from the cherries (I used a cherry pitter).
Put the sugar at the bottom of the jar.
Put in the pitted cherries.
Pour in the brandy until it is filled at the top.
Store for 2-3 months.
Strain the Brandy mixture into a container you want to store it in.
Feel free to store it in the fridge.
Note: You can put the leftover cherries on yogurt, ice cream, cake, etc!
