Peach Cinnamon Whiskey Sour

This Peach Cinnamon Whiskey Sour cocktail is pure comfort and indulgence in a glass. 🍑✨ A velvety froth tops warm, spiced notes of peach and cinnamon, balanced perfectly.

This all started with some ripe leftover peaches I didn’t want to waste. 🍑 Instead of letting them go to waste, I infused them with cinnamon into my whiskey.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 oz peach & cinnamon-infused whiskey

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/4-1/2 oz brown sugar syrup

  • Optional: dehydrated slice of citrus

Instructions:

Cocktail

  1. Add all the ingredients into the shaker.

  2. Shake.

  3. Then put in ice and shake again.

  4. Pour out the drink from the shaker into the glass. Feel free to use the strainer.

Garnish (optional)

  1. Garnish it with dehydrated blood orange or lemon citrus.
