Cranberry Spritz 1814

Elevate your holiday sipping with the Cranberry Spritz 1814! This festive cocktail blends tart cranberry juice, bubbly Champagne or Prosecco, smooth shochu, Casoni 1814, and a splash of soda water. Inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz, this variation uses a different aperitivo liqueur for a unique bittersweet twist. It's a sparkling and sophisticated choice, perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2- 1 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz shochu

  • 1 oz Casoni 1814

  • Top it off with Prosecco or Champagne and soda water

  • Optional: Cranberries, rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

Cocktail

  1. Put ice cubes into the glass.

  2. Put cranberry juice, shochu and Casoni 1814 into the glass.

  3. Top it off with Prosecco or Champagne and soda water.

  4. Stir before drinking.

Garnish (optional)

  1. Carefully pierce each cranberry with a cocktail pick, then remove the pick.

  2. Push the sprig of the rosemary through the hole in each cranberry.

  3. Add it to the cocktail.
