Ski Lodge

Drink name: Marugarita

To find this bar, pay close attention as it's a bit hidden! The Ski Lodge, inspired by cozy après-ski bars, offers a lively atmosphere and apparently inspired by a beloved ski bar in Hokkaido, Japan. Once you’re in, you’ll feel like you’re in a unique winter lodge on the Las Vegas Strip.

Drink Names: Niseko old fashion (back) and Marugarita (front)

They offer many unique Japanese-inspired cocktails. Of course since it’s a speakeasy, you can ask them for your preferred drinks. The cocktails we tried have been amazing. The Marugarita which is a nori-infused tequila, wasabi-yuzu, plum was a sweet, yet slightly had that wasabi sting. The combination was fitting with the pistachio salt rim. The Niseko old fashion was interesting as well with it’s slight twist by adding in subtle spiced persimmon-coconut flavor.

Inside of the Ski Lodge during the holidays

They also seem to have themed cocktails for certain seasons like Christmas. I highly recommend this bar if you want to sit, eat (you can order table sized s’mores) and drink some unique cocktails in a ski lodge vibe.
