Matcha Pistachio Nut Latte

The Matcha Pistachio Nut Latte is a creamy, nutty twist on the usual iced matcha latte! Made with pistachio milk, almond milk, a touch of agave, and topped with pistachio creamer—it’s pure green magic in every sip. My page is all about cocktails, but every now and then, I’ll throw in a latte for a little something extra.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha (about 2 grams)

  • 2 oz hot water

  • 1/4-1/2 oz agave syrup

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk (I used Unsweetened Almond, Cashew & Macadamia Nut Beverage from Trader Joe’s) but you can use dairy milk too.

  • 1/4 cup pistachio milk (Recipe here)

  • 2 oz pistachio creamer

  • Optional: pistachio grounds

Instructions:

Drink mixture

  1. In a small cup or bowl, sift the matcha powder through a strainer to break the clumps.

  2. Then put in the hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or an electric frother until it’s frothy.

  3. Then add in agave syrup and whisk again.

  4. In another cup, put in ice, pour in milk, pistachio milk and then the matcha-agave mixture.

Creamer

  1. Pour the pistachio creamer into a container or glass and use an electric whisk to froth it until frothy.

  2. Pour the frothy creamer over the drink and garnish with pistachio grounds (optional). If you made homemade pistachio milk, here’s the recipe to dehydrate the leftover grounds

I hope you enjoy this latte and please feel free to tag me or share the pictures with me!! Would love to know what you think!
