Butterfly Pea Infused Gin & Tonic

Want a cool purple layer effect for your gin and tonic? Check this recipe out!

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 oz butterfly pea-infused gin (recipe here)

  • 4-6 oz tonic water

Instructions:

  1. Put ice cubes into the glass.

  2. Pour in tonic water.

  3. Pour the purple gin slowly over the top of the ice to have that layer effect.

  4. Stir before drinking.
